5 Ways to Snag New Clients this Month

Have you been trying to get new clients for a while in your business without any real success?

I just signed a new client who has been trying for four years on and off to get clients in her business but, besides a few here and there, she never had the business activity she was dreaming about.

She is the typical entrepreneur I work with and I thought I'd share with you five critical steps I work with them on so that you can better assess where you need to fine-tune your business in order to go from zero clients to many in no time at all:

 

Step 1:

Master your mindset to show up as a confident entrepreneur capable of commanding your worth because you know you and your program are worth it.

Step 2:

Niche down on your ideal client. I know you most likely heard that before. Perhaps you think you already have found your niche. But the truth is if you aren't booking any clients for your offers that means your niche is still too general. you have niched down on the wrong parameters, or you're speaking to them in a language other than the one that makes them react (think going to China when you only speak in French).

Step 3:

Get clarity on your mission and messaging so that people move directly from "I don't know you" to "I need that" as soon as you tell them what you do. If your messaging isn't transformational, it won't be powerful enough to attract any clients.

Step 4:

Craft a signature offer that is so irresistible and value packed that you can sell it easily at a higher price you never ever thought you could sell it at (many of my clients who have programs for $900 or less are amazed how it's easier for them to sell their offer at $3,000 or more after we work together on their messaging).

Step 5:

Make sure you position yourself uniquely. My favorite tool for that is to use storytelling. I love extracting the unique stories from my clients' lives or their clients' experience of working with them. There is an art and science to storytelling and many of my clients have earned signficantly more in sales simply by posting one social media post that used storytelling powerfully.

Oftentimes when I work on these five steps with clients, they tell me that they mistakenly thought that they had their mindset/niche/messaging/offer/story nailed down.
