My Idea Worth Pursuing (In My Opinion)

Today I was asked for the purpose and driving force behind my brand.

I wonder if you are like me in that you want to make a difference in the world.  You want to help people.

I feel that our mission as helpers is critical.  When we are able to change just one person's life, we can create a ripple effect that changes the lives of many others for the better. This is why I became a mentor and why I’ve dedicated my life to training others.

Thinking back to my beginning as began consulting outside of Corporate America, I was DYING to escape my soul-sucking career.  So I did the unthinkable. As a single mom to a young son, I left my cushy corporate career and pursued my dream...only to discover that pursuing something new can be scary, frustrating and  very lonely.

It was a while before I had a mentor and I really struggled with confidence, belief in myself AND my ability to really help people. BUT I KNEW IT WAS POSSIBLE!

So I did what geeky analyst types do: I studied, learned, built and synthesized until I had a SYSTEM of achieving what I wanted to achieve: a way to earn well living my dream lifestyle changing people’s lives.  And I never want another good-hearted, well-intentioned emerging entrepreneur to EVER feel as though their dream is impossible again.

Today I am telling you that the world needs you to live your purpose. The world needs Unique You to step out boldly out and say, “I DESERVE to be paid well doing work that fills my SOUL!”

When you boldly declare what you really want, all of heaven hears you….and delivers.

So, in a nutshell, that is why I teach emerging entrepreneurs the practical, usable things needed to build a profitable business. I want them to have a crystal-clear pathway to success.

In this brief post, I am not fully addressing the components like Simon Sinek addresses in his book, Start With Why, however, hopefully you now have a glimpse of how I am following the pattern all businesses should follow:

  1. Know what you do.
  2. Know how you do it.
  3. Know WHY you do it.

I'd love for to share below why YOU do what you do.
