The Worry-Free Diet
I believe that it is safe to say that all of us have lots of things about us that can potentially weigh us down and make us less effective in our business. Most of you realize that your mindset is critical; however, it is frequently the missing piece of your success formula. Can you create a sustainable business if you subconsciously do not believe that you can? Of course not! At best, you will get trapped in a feast or famine cycle. Mindset counts for approximately 90 percent of business success.
How about we stop the worry and start attracting the good? Let's go on a diet from the worry. I heard Rev. Michael Beckwith share his Worry-Free Diet on a Bob Proctor Cruise that I attended. He talks about how we should be careful of what we allow in our body and mind if we intend to reach our full potential. This is a great tool to use to get ourselves on the right vibration level to attract the things we desire in life.
Grateful fruit (variation on grapefruit): Always be grateful. Gratitude is one of our most important positive emotions. It also links to physical and mental well-being. Gratitude makes us better people. When we consciously practice grateful living, we are happier and we are better able to withstand negative events. An attitude of gratitude provides immunity to anger, envy, resentment, and depression.
No TV dinners: Do not watch television until you build up “strong digestive enzymes” in your mind where what is shown on the screen does not affect your emotions/attitude.
Now this is a diet I can really get behind!
