Our world is such a noisy place, especially now more than ever.
On many of my recent client calls I have said something to the effect of "Sorry to say that I don't have the secret manual of how to run insert-your-name-here's business!"
I offer it tongue-in-cheek (and with love of course); however, it is true that there is no magic formula to follow (even though we can wish it were that easy). There is no step-by-step marketing plan, no right day/time to run your call, no exact script to read that will close your sale.
You need to find your own words and own answers that work for you.

I know from my own experience and in my work with many creative entrepreneurs that the tighter we hold on to getting it "right", the more difficult we make it for ourselves (and our peeps). What is right for one person may not be what is right for you (or your audience, or your business). Entrepreneurship is a personal growth journey and the more you know and trust yourself, the better off you will be. You will find more ease, flow, and authenticity.
If you are struggling with listening to your own inner wisdom...
You may find yourself caught in a desperate and never-ending research project rather than launching your product. You may be overcomplicating your plans and getting yourself tangled up in details or perfectionism rather than just choosing a go-live date and simply taking small steps forward. You may be waffling on a price point or convincing yourself you need to throw in a whole bunch of bonuses to make anyone want to buy your program (and you subsequently stall on your offer). Your voice starts to trail off or feel flat as you rattle off your sizable to-do list to your accountability buddy. Do any of these sound familiar or remind you of the constriction and stress you may be feeling?
Just noticing that that is where you are is part of learning to listen to yourself.
Don't deny those inklings or clues your body may be giving you. It is only in that quiet pause that you will begin to recognize those messages. Then, tap into your courage to act on your inner wisdom memos and choose a more empowering and authentic option. Trust that you have the resourcefulness, resilience, capacity, and support to live into whatever comes from your conscious action. With that, YOU are authoring your own work-in-progress, secret manual to your version of success. And it starts with learning to listen to yourself.
What if you trusted your inner world more than anything else outside of you? Would it change everything? From personal experience I say a resounding YES!
I know you long for more quiet, contemplation, and self-care. Perhaps you convince yourself that you are just too busy. Well, what if you made daily rituals, yoga and meditation classes, radical self-love, and spiritual practice non-negotiable in 2018? How can you weave some or all of these things into your schedule so that you feel utterly refreshed and centered, transformed and self-assured?
